You can set your combination to any pattern of any length.The preset combination code is located on the upper right side of the instruction sheet. Use a pair of scissors to cut through the packaging and access the leaflet. In lieu of notarization, the Lost Combination Form must be signed by a prison facility official.The instruction sheet is located inside the packaging, in a drawer behind the plastic card. Note: If you are an inmate in a correctional facility, you must submit your request on official prison facility letterhead. Fill out the form and be sure to select "Lost Combination" option. Use the " Contact Us" form to send us the photo.Any photo with digital edits will be rejected. Send a picture of the lock clearly showing it is not attached to anything The image should clearly show the entire lock and the serial number.Once we receive your request, you will receive your combination in approximately 4-6 weeks. You can include up to 6 combinations on one notarized form. Have the form notarized by a Notary Public to prove you are the owner of the lock.
